Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Say It Now tribute book. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Within 10 days — Full refund
No questions asked. If you change your mind within 10 days of purchase, we'll issue a full refund.
10–30 days — Refund with processing fee
Refund requests between 10 and 30 days after purchase are eligible for a refund minus a small processing fee.
After 30 days — No refund
Refund requests after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Data Retention
Your tribute book stays active based on your plan:
- Basic: 1 year active
- Standard: 2 years active
- Premium: 3 years active
You can extend your active period for $10 per year at checkout or before your book expires.
After your active period ends, your book is archived. Archived books are retained for 2 years. If there is no activity during that time, you'll receive a 90-day notice before any data is permanently deleted.
